Born out of the desire to “empower and impact others with the truth of God’s Word,” Adair spent several years serving within the faith community as a lay counselor and social worker. During this same season of helping others, Adair began own journey into therapy; and became intimately aware of the stigma associated with mental health and counseling within communities of color.
Because of Adair’s goal to help other’s leave therapy with greater self-awareness and understanding of God’s purpose in their life, I personally asked my friend if she would be a part of this prophetic assignment on March 2nd as it relates to God’s Leading Ladies ~ Impacting 2024. #YourMentalHealthMatters
Founder, and Senior Pastor of Heavenly Sent Christian Ministries in Renton, WA. Pastor Frances’ is known for being a powerful preacher and teacher of the gospel and she does it without compromise. She has served on several ministry platforms such as Women’s Aglow International, Rock Foundation Women’s ministry and have sponsored several Women conferences in the Philippines. During her years of being employed with Boeing, Frances had the opportunity to create and host functions for the Boeing Administrative Assistant Professionals (BAAP). She participated in several workshops related to career advancement.
Because our focus is on the life and leadership of Deborah, I asked Pastor Frances to be a part of this Prophetic assignment on March 2 with emphasis on this great warrior of a woman (Deborah).

Cheri Baldwin, the wife of Associate Pastor Wardell Baldwin II (41 years), a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was asked to be a part of God’s Leading Lady | VSG on March 2nd. Why her? While Cheri may not hold major titles and degrees, this Woman is a WALKING MIRACLE. Her journey alone is the testimony of her hope in God. There are so many who are sitting back waiting until their situation gets resolved or gets better before they respond to God’s purpose. Why not be purposeful and blossom right where you are? Sometimes all we need is to HEAR and SEE a testimony in real time.

#In2024, we have a standing appointment to hear from ordinary women who have been gifted to do greater and touch the lives of other women in their region.

Because of her 20+ years of service in Social and Human Services, because of her service as a Chemical Dependency-Case Manager and a DV Advocate, Ms. Monique Davis' goal and purpose driven desire has always been to serve and assist her community. Monique’s knowledge in social services has aided her in providing valuable information to help both men and women gain confidence and self-reliance.
There are so many ladies out there who have become stuck and not able to move forward because they lack key information and/or they are simply afraid to reach out for help. Ms. Monique has been asked to join this platform on March 2nd to help bridge some gaps, connect some dots, and provide the social support women need. #In2024 they too can become who God says they are. God’s Leading Lady ~ Impacting 2024.

First Lady Kathy L. Taylor serves alongside her Husband/Pastor Rev. Curtis Q. Taylor of the Seattle Word of God Church.
In December of 2023, Lady Kathy retired from her position of Assistant Teaching Professor, CWTAP – MSW at the University of Washington. The majority of her career has been spent working in child welfare where she has used her organizational, management and teaching skills to advance the professional development of social work practitioners. Even though she has retired from her job of 20+ years, it is quite evident that First Lady Kathy’s assignment is far from over.
I reached out to this beautiful soul (this quiet storm) and requested her participation on March 2nd. For years, as a leading lady, she has worn many hats and have maintained them all, but how? What does it take to feel like one of God’s Leading Lady’s?
