OUR PURPOSE and OUR VISION
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to create a virtual platform that provides support, encouragement, and prayerful assistance to Christian Women everywhere. This virtual support group has been designed to help Women put into motion the very thing she knows God has put on her heart and in her hands to do. Our sole intent is to impart, influence and infuse courage to rise and be one of God’s Leading Lady’s through unwavering faith and obedience to God. The overall goal and outcome of this is to witness women go against all odds, reposition and re-engage themselves, impact their region, and change their community with what God has given her. Furthermore, in her rising, she will operate in excellence, and she will achieve greatness.
VISION
There are so many gifted and anointed women who knows her strength, but yet they have been pushed to the bottom of the list, forced to be quiet, ignored, passed over, intentionally excluded, disrespected as a woman and are literally sitting on their gifts and calling. In many cases they are fearful of speaking up and stepping up. These very women may hold the key to another woman’s deliverance and freedom, but they lack the support and courage they need to make it happen. This platform has been created to inspire one lady at a time and no lady will be left behind. In 2024, we will unpack, study, glean and apply Deborah’s powerful leadership journey to our own lives. Deborah was a woman of great wisdom, revelation, and discernment and it was her leadership that empowered a whole nation.

She looks like an Administrative Assistant, Artist, Attorney, Banker, Book Author, Bus Driver, Cancer Survivor, Caregiver, City Mayor, Department Store Clerk, Dishwasher, Domestic Violence Survivor, Fashion Designer, Financial Analyst, Firefighter, Grant Writer, Health & Wellness Consultant, Housekeeper, Interior Decorator, Justice of the Peace, Landscaper, Librarian, Musician, Pastor, Photographer, Prolific Dancer, Survivor: Leadership Infidelity in the church, Real Estate Agent, Registered Nurse (RN), Seamstress, Sunday School Teacher, Scientist, Social Worker, Single Mom, Stay-at-Home Wife, Survivor: Abusive Relationship, Technician, TV News Anchor, Worship Leader and the list goes on.
In other words, whatever your role and your status is, whatever your survival has been, today it is about what God has gifted YOU with, called YOU to do, and/or pulled YOU through. Because of all of the above, you have the power and the wherewithal to make things happen with what's in your hands and successfully impact another woman. You are a Leading Lady, your leadership matters, and because you have potential, no one has the power to change God's thoughts about you. No one!!

About The Visionary
Prophetess Charleen Lacy
CHARLEEN is the founder of Charleen Lacy Ministries (CLM) and The Secret Place Prophetic Prayer Ministry, a published author of 3 books, He Created Me for This, He Had to Break Me ~ To Bless Me and God’s Response to A Hurting Church with two more books entitled, Inside the Mind of an Intercessor and Loving the Unlovable: From the Pulpit to the Pew. Both are in progress. In addition to her ever-growing Prophetic ministry, she is a visionary, a singer, a seasoned mentor, a teacher, and the full-time caregiver to her developmentally delayed biological brother. She is currently in pursuit of her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology | Christian Counseling through Liberty University.
Charleen is not just an intercessor; she is a communicator. She fully understands her call and commitment to prayer and simply loving on others. One thing she learned over these last 3 years is that part of being a good leader, you have got to be a good listener. Therefore, because of the things she has seen with her own eyes and have experienced, Charleen makes every effort to be a listener to those she crosses paths with. She is known to be a real woman of courage, a woman of virtue, and seasoned in the Word of God. She is a strong leader in her community and someone who will always be found prophetically speaking and imparting into the lives of both men and women with compassion and with zeal.
Charleen expresses the spirit of excellence in everything she touches. Many have come into covenant fellowship with her ministry because of her exceptional leadership skills and ability to reveal the heart of God.
Charleen is also known to be a super dynamo when it comes to championing the underdog. With her warrior-like faith, she has defeated the odds of this life and the enemy by using her strength to reach so many on different levels. She has a very strong prayer life in which she accesses the strength of God every time she enters that secret place.
As a respected leader in the Body of Christ, who she is and what she does clearly exemplifies integrity as a woman of God and a friend to many.
